Sympathetic Visage affects attacker him/herself?
The description seems to indicate the skill only affects "nearby foes" and not the attacker. Can anyone clarify whether the skill affects the attacker as well?

Yes, it affects all nearby foes. I combined this with a clueless warrior today to drain an enemy monk's energy pretty quickly.
